Capital Market Authority: investors should avoid dealing with unlicensed institutions 3 Riyadh

The Authority called on investors in the financial market and traders of all categories not to invest or contribute any amount to any financial institution without the verification of its obtaining of the necessary licenses in order to avoid risks that may ensue, stressing that contracts and agreements that involve practicing and concluding stocks business with a person not licensed by the Authority are considered void.
The Capital Market Authority reported that it received during the past year 11 complaints relating to the exercise of stock business activities without a license from the Authority, down by 72% over the previous year, where the number of complaints was 39 complaints.
