Moscow, Safar 23, 1437, Dec 5, 2015, SPA — The IAAF says it has banned Russian runner Tatyana Andrianova for doping in a case that is more than 10 years old.
Andrianova tested positive for the banned steroid stanozolol while competing in the 800 meters at the 2005 world championships in Finland, where she won bronze, AP reported.
That medal is likely to pass to fourth-place finisher Maria Mutola of Mozambique.
