Saudi-Japanese Parliamentary Friendship Committee Receives Japanese Delegation

Riyadh, Rabi’I 6, 1437, Dec 17, 2015, SPA — Saudi-Japanese Parliamentary Friendship Committee in the Shura Council, headed by its member and the Committee Chairman, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ahmed Hayjan held a meeting with a delegation from the Japanese Representatives House led by its member Hajime Sasaki in the framework of its recent visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
At the outset of the meeting, Dr. Abdulrahman Hayjan welcomed the members of the Japanese House of Representatives, praising the bilateral relations between the Kingdom and Japan in various fields.
For his part, Sasaki expressed happiness to visit the Kingdom and the Shura Council, hailing the bilateral relations between Japan and the Kingdom, which extend for more than sixty years.
During the meeting, they reviewed the cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Japan in various fields, and ways of strengthening special parliamentary relations between the Shura Council and the Japanese Parliament.
