33 Killed in Russian Plane Crash

Moscow, A plane carrying 39 people has crashed in Siberia killing all but six on board, Russian News Agency (TASS) reported on Monday citing police sources.

The Ilyushin Il-18 aircraft was carrying 32 passengers and seven crew members onboard at the time of the crash, according to police, when it went down in the Bulunsky district of Siberia.

Police had initially said only six people on board the plane had survived.

The plane was travelling from Yekaterinburg, the source told TASS.
