Saudi Food and Drug Authority Temporarily Bans Importing Poultry Meat and Eggs From Five Countries

Riyadh,, Rabi’II 06, 1438, January 04, 2017, SPA –Saudi Food and Drug Authority has temporarily banned importing of poultry meat, eggs, their products and equipment from provinces and districts in five countries due to outbreaking of high virulent Avian Influenza.
The Authority said in a statement today that the importing ban included Bacs-Kiskun County in Hungary, Kherson province in Ukraine, Lubuskie province in Poland, Friesland County in the Netherlands and provinces of Tarn-et-Garonne and Aveyron in France.
