Allegiance-Pledge Anniversary/ Petroleum Minister: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques strengthens Kingdom's status internationally

Riyadh, 3 02 Rabi 1437 AH corresponding to January 12, 2016, SPA — The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi said that the Kingdom celebrates the first anniversary of allegiance-pledge to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, with further security and prosperity making citizens proud of what has been achieved during this year of developmental decisions at economic and political levels making the Kingdom emphasizes its regional and international status, and draws the world’s attention to its serious and firm work in fighting terrorism, and achieving peace and stability regionally and internationally through the establishment of an Islamic alliance comprising more than 30 Islamic states.
The Minister said in a statement on this occasion that at a time when some countries in our region suffer from political instability and economic weakness, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stands proudly and firmly, and maintains its security and the cohesion of its people with their leadership, in addition to the achievement of its stability and economic growth in many projects that accomplish for citizens further prosperity and good jobs opportunities, especially as it proceeds steadily towards economic prosperous future by the declaration of National Transformation Program (Kingdom 2020) which assesses and evaluates the performance and plans of the State’s agencies, focuses on the diversification of income sources, achieves the efficiency of government expenditures, rearranges priorities, and provides jobs for Saudis.
