GAZPROM BOOSTS EXPORT TO NON-CIS COUNTRIES BY 15% IN APRIL

Moscow, – Gazprom boosted gas exports to non-CIS countries by 15% year-on-year in April 2017, the Russian gas holding said on Tuesday.

In particular, Gazprom increased its deliveries by 69.2% to Austria, by 41.5% to Italy, by 41% to Serbia, and by 29.1% to Turkey. Supplies of natural gas rose by 27.4% to Hungary and by 16.8 to Bulgaria, Gazprom said in a statement carried by Russia’s Itar tass news agency.

It was reported earlier Gazprom scaled up its gas export to Europe by nearly 15% to 66.2 billion cubic meters from January 1 to April 30, 2017. (QNA)
