HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad congratulates HM King

Manama, Bahrain national handball team has today qualified to the Olympic Games (Tokyo2020) in Japan after beating South Korea in the final match 34/29.

His Majesty’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa congratulated HM King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa on Bahrain’s victory and qualification to the Olympic Games (Tokyo2020) in Japan.

He also extended congratulations to the national team, hailing their crucial victory and qualification to the Olympic Games (Tokyo2020) in Japan, which reflects Bahrain’s handball strides in all categories.

Bahrain had booked a spot in the final match after defeating Qatar in the semifinal while South Korea edged past the Saudi team.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa lauded Bahrain’s handball performance, hailing the landmark victory which put Bahrain on the world sports map.
