The invaders of Sde Teiman camp are the ruling party in Israel

: The stormers of the Sde Teiman detention camp today, 29/7, in an attempt to carry out a massacre of Palestinian prisoners from Gaza and protect the jailing officers, are the ruling party in Israel. They were supported in the storming by ministers and Knesset members from the Likud, Otzma Yehudit, and religious Zionism.

Israel is rapidly transforming from a state based on strong systems within the separation and integration of powers, into a state of bloody, conflicting militias that are dismantling systems. The storming of Sde Teiman and the military court in Beit Lid constitutes a pivotal event that indicates the unleashing of these militias and their launching without any deterrent, targeting Palestinians wherever they are.

These militias were beginning to crystallize in May 2021 during the Dignity Intifada, and they carried out the bloody attacks on the Palestinian Arab presence in these cities in an attempt to ethnically cleanse them.

The modus operandi of these militias is that they only operate
under the protection of the police, border guards, or the army. This was the case in 2021, and this is the case today when they stormed the Sde Teiman detention camp and the military court in Beit Lid.

The army and the official establishment are seeking to adopt the procedure of investigating soldiers accused of suspected sexual assaults on prisoners from Gaza, in addition to torture to death, as a precautionary measure, as was suggested in the media, to prevent the issuance of arrest warrants by the International Criminal Court against the officers involved, and without this being adopted in the investigations of the International Court of Justice regarding acts of genocide.

The Sde Teiman raiders are the same ones who stormed the Jordanian aid trucks heading to Gaza a few months ago and destroyed their food and medical contents.

The Minister of National Security imposed his almost absolute authority on the police and the Prison Service and worked to harness the two systems to serve his racist, bloody,
liquidationist ideology. He imposed Finance Minister Smotrich, who is the minister in the Ministry of Security and has the broadest powers in everything related to the West Bank, settlement, annexation, and ethnic cleansing. After he took control of the occupation civil administration and transferred it to the headquarters of the Settlements Council, he imposed a change in the structure of the army as the ruler of the West Bank.

A coordinated campaign is currently being launched between Smotrich, Ben-Gvir, and Netanyahu to undermine the pillars of the army, and to seek to change its character and identity towards the religious Zionist ideology and submission to its bloody religious settlement references. The Israeli conflict between the systems and the political level has become out of control and discipline.

Strategically, the disintegration of the systems may pose a threat to Israel and its internal cohesion, to the Zionist social contract, and to the entire melting pot ideology, to be in the view of man
y Israelis “more dangerous than all external fronts.”

So that there are no illusions regarding the concept of the disintegration of state systems, it does not lead to the disintegration of the state internally, but rather it turns into a bloody militia state in which everything is permissible, exclusively the Palestinian presence in all the areas controlled by Israel.

The statements issued by the Chief of Staff, the Minister of Security, Netanyahu, and the leader of the opposition Lapid, are statements aimed at beautifying the terrible reality of Israeli practices in the detention centers, exclusively in Sde Teiman, and pretending that the problem is only in the storming and not in the violations of prisoners’ rights, even murder, sexual assault, amputation of limbs, and death.

In conclusion:

The Palestinians in the Sde Teiman detention camp or other prisons, in Gaza, the West Bank, Jerusalem and inside Israel, are a Palestinian group in imminent danger. We call on the Palestinian Authority and all Pal
estinian institutions to read the dangers and formulate self- and international protection mechanisms.

It is worth demanding an international fact-finding committee that collects testimonies from the prisoners of Sde Teiman and most Israeli prisons.

It is worth effectively demanding international protection that includes the entire Palestinian people.

Approaching the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, the International Court of Justice and the Permanent UN Commission of Inquiry announced in May 2021 to each play its role in this regard, and adopting the narrative of the victims, not the occupation.
