The service centers affiliated to the Ministry of Justice witnessed smooth workflow on the first day following Eid al-Adha holiday, and the number of transactions completed amounted to 217, between real estate registration and documentation.
Yesterday also saw the launch of new services that contributed to the streamlining and flexibility of work as counters for supporting services were launched at Al Hilal Service Center, affiliated to MoJ, with the aim of completing the transactions of customers using Sak system, and this service will be implemented at a later time in all other service centers of MoJ.
Meanwhile, Mohammed Abdul Malik, Supervisor of Al Hilal Center, said that the launch of this initiative came as a result of cooperation among the MoJ departments concerned with serving the public, with the aim of providing an office to support and assist the public, especially the customers who have not registered in Sak.
Abdul Malik clarified that the ministry launched the service of booking appointments online to the public through the program provided by Sak, and the service is now implemented at the headquarters of MoJ for the customers of the Real Estate Registration Committee. He added that the service was launched as well at Al Hilil branch, and it will be implemented gradually in all other service branches of the ministry.
