Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, held two phone calls this morning with Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, and Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, Vice-Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council.
During the calls, the Minister discussed the current situation in Sudan, emphasizing the Kingdom’s call for calm and the importance of prioritizing national interest while stopping all forms of military escalation. He further emphasized the need to preserve Sudan’s capabilities and gains for its people.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan stressed the importance of returning to the framework agreement to guarantee security and stability for Sudan and its citizens.
