The Saudi Center for Community Service, Education and Livelihoods Sector of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) in Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan celebrated International Literacy Day, which falls on September 8 of each year.
On this occasion, the centre carried out a special celebration that included holding events highlighting the importance of science and its great status, urging students to learn, presenting various cultural questions to students, and distributing clothing produced by the sewing department to students at the end of the event.
This event comes within the relief projects and programs provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to combat illiteracy, spread education, and enhance culture and knowledge among the camp’s residents.
