The Border Guards in Al-Dayer Governorate, Jazan Region, successfully foiled a smuggling attempt involving 72 kilograms of Khat. The necessary legal procedures have been taken, and the confiscated drugs have been handed over to the appropriate authorities.
In light of this incident, security authorities urge the public to report any information related to drug smuggling or selling. To make a report, individuals can call 911 if they are located in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern regions or 999 in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions. Additionally, they can contact the General Directorate of Narcotics Control at 995 or email 995@gdnc.gov.sa. All reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
