Jeddah: HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a cable of congratulations to Keir Starmer on his appointment as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
