Islamic Affairs Ministry Embarks on Distributing Over 1.8 Million Copies of Holy Quran to Departing Pilgrims


Mina: In accordance with the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance has commenced the distribution of 1,879,352 copies of the Holy Quran from the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran. These diverse copies, available in various sizes and translations in over 77 languages, are a testament to the authority’s commitment to inclusivity and respect for all pilgrims departing for their respective countries via King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah Islamic Port, various land and sea ports, and to Hajj workers from various government sectors.

The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, extends his heartfelt gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince for their unwavering support and care for Islam and Muslims. He added that their provision of all necessary services to the pilgrims is a testament to their dedication
and respect for Islam and Muslims worldwide. He also prayed for the continued prosperity, stability, and security of the Kingdom.
