Amman: Dr. Ayman Al Safadi, the Foreign Minister of Jordan has called on the European Union to adopt clear positions and implement punitive measures against Israel to immediately halt its aggression on Gaza.
According to a statement from the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this appeal was made during a phone call between Safadi and the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell. Safadi emphasised the urgent need for the international community to act to stop war crimes against the Palestinian people, lift the siege on Gaza, and protect the Palestinian population.
