Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques Ready to Receive Pilgrims at Prophet’s Mosque

Madinah: The Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has launched the operational plan for the post-Hajj phase, which entails receiving pilgrims who need to leave earlier and who have performed the Hajj rituals this year, at the Prophet’s Mosque.

These pilgrims had performed the Stoning ritual in just the first two days of Tashreeq, which are Dhul-Hijjah 11 and 12, to depart Mina obligatorily before sunset.

The presidency has prepared a package of services, guidance and awareness material, scientific lessons, and religious initiatives and activities to enrich the experience of the pilgrims who visit the mosque.

President of Religious Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais urged the presidency employees to intensify efforts to facilitate the provision of religious services.

The Iftaa’ Department at the Prophet’s Mosque is ready to answer pilgrims’ questions and inquiries round the clock, and the mosque’s Department of Digital Guidance has invested in modern
media and technology, as well as guidance robots, for the same purpose; it does so in several languages, through qualified translators, programs, initiatives and activities, and paper and digital publications in Arabic and other languages, elucidating religious issues, enriching pilgrims’ experience, and helping them perform the Al-Wada Tawaf (circumambulation), the last Hajj ritual.

Besides the Prophet’s Mosque, pilgrims will have visited other mosques and Islamic sites closely linked to the Prophet’s life.
