Private Sector Establishments Must Update their Branch Data through ‘Qiwa’ Platform, Human Resources Ministry Says

Riyadh: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has urged all private sector establishments to update their branch location data using the ‘Establishment Location Management’ service available on the Qiwa platform.

This initiative aims to maintain an accurate and up-to-date database, enhance transparency, facilitate oversight, ensure compliance with regulations, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen comprehensive management within private sector establishments.

The ‘Establishment Location Management’ service allows establishments to electronically link their workers to their actual work locations, offering numerous benefits designed to increase operational efficiency and enhance overall management.

The ministry has set specific deadlines for completing this update: establishments with 20 or fewer workers must complete the process by May 30, 2024; those with 21 to 49 workers by June 30, 2024; and those with 50 or more workers by July 30, 2024.

The ministry emphasised the importance
of meeting these deadlines to avoid penalties and fully utilise the Qiwa platform’s services.

For more information about the service and data update procedures, establishments can visit the ministry’s official website or contact customer service via the Qiwa platform.
