Madinah, Minister of Transport and Logistics Eng. Saleh Al-Jasser conducted an inspection tour in Madinah to evaluate the readiness of the transport and logistics sector for the arrival of pilgrims.

As part of the inspection to ensure complete readiness for the Hajj season, the minister examined operations at the Haramain High-Speed Rail station. He also visited the air dome of Saudi Post (SPL) in Madinah, which facilitates the rapid processing and delivery of packages, catering to the needs of pilgrims and ensuring a seamless and safe logistics experience.

During his visit to Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport, the minister emphasized the need for coordinated efforts among all relevant sectors to guarantee smooth and easy access for pilgrims. He stressed the importance of taking every possible step to ensure their comfort and safety.

The minister concluded his inspection tour by visiting the public transport boarding area from the Prophet’s Mosque to the Ohud battlefield, where he assesse
d the arrangements to ensure the smooth movement of pilgrims and their safety. He highlighted the importance of providing a safe and comfortable transportation experience for all pilgrims.
