Sheikha Fatima launches FDF’s new electronic services

ABU DHABI: Three new electronic services to enhance the role of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and communication with the targeted public and families in particular were launched on the two most popular social networking sites and the foundation’s website by H.H Sheikh Fatima Bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union (GWU), Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and President of the Supreme Council for Maternity ”&” Childhood.

The new services include two news feeds via FDF’s Facebook and Twitter pages to enable the public to follow the Foundation’s activities as well as a Complaints and Suggestions section on the FDF’s official website to boost interaction with the public and draw positive feedback to improve the body’s services.

The Complaints and Suggestions service on FDF’s website allows viewers to directly send messages to a specialized committee which will attend to the feedback and take proper action.

H.H Sheikha Fatima announced the launch of the new services at a meeting on Sunday with FDF’s senior officials.
