Qalqilya – Together – The Laboratory Medicine Syndicate, in partnership with the Military Medical Services, the Agency Hospital, and Dr. Darwish Nazzal Hospital, organized a blood donation campaign for the benefit of thalassemia, kidney failure, and cancer patients. This campaign comes within the National Laboratory Medicine Week, today at the headquarters of the Civil Defense Directorate.
The Governor of Qalqilya, Major General Hossam Abu Hamda, Brigadier General Saed Zahran, Director of Police, Colonel Shehada Samara, Director of Military Medical Services, Colonel Muhammad Daqqa, Director of Civil Defense, Colonel Raed Al-Aqra’, Director of Military Intelligence, Faisal Shuraim, Mayor of Qalqilya, and Dr. Yasser Akl Radwan, President of the Medical Syndicate, participated in the campaign. Laboratory and members of the union, and Dr. Ramzi Abu Yaman, director of the Agency Hospital.
During the campaign, the governor praised the partnership between the governorate’s institutions for the success of community
activities, and praised the active role of the security institution and its presence in all fields, describing it as the backbone of the Palestinian people. He saluted the Laboratory Medicine Syndicate for its medical, laboratory, and community activities, stressing the important role of community activities. In strengthening the resilience of citizens.
For his part, Dr. Yasser Radwan thanked the governor and the security establishment for their support and partnership in the union’s activities. He provided an explanation of the activities of the Laboratory Medicine Syndicate and its societal role, and referred to the National Laboratory Medicine Week and the activities carried out by the union during it.
