HE Dean of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) Thomas Stelzer praised the efforts made by the State of Qatar in the fields of integrity and in combating corruption, stressing the academy’s readiness and keenness to continue its fruitful cooperation with the relevant Qatari institutions and bodies.
This came during HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Federal Republic of Austria and the Permanent Representative to the United Nations and International Organizations in Vienna Sultan bin Salmeen Al Mansouri’s meeting with HE Thomas Stelzer.
Prospects for bilateral cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Academy and ways to enhance them were discussed during the meeting.
HE Ambassador Al Mansouri expressed Qatar’s appreciation for the prominent role the Academy plays in combating corruption and in transferring information and experience to member states and ways to face future challenges.
The International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) is an international organization and educational institution based in Laxenburg, Austria. It contributes to assisting member states in strengthening anti-corruption systems through various education, training and research activities.
