The Saudi national team is ranked 54 in the monthly world ranking of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA), which witnessed the return of Argentina, the world champion, to the top spot since 2017.
Saudi Arabia’s national team fell in the rankings by 5 points after losing the friendlies against Venezuela and Bolivia with the same score (1-2), while Argentina’s return to the top is due to the recent victories in the friendlies against Panama (2-0) and Curaçao (7-0).
