Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, met with Sigrid Kaag, the Chief Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs and Reconstruction in Gaza, on the sidelines of World Economic Forum’s Special Meeting on Global Collaboration, Growth and Energy for Development in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Shaikh Salman affirmed the commitment of Bahrain to supporting peace and security efforts, as well as upholding the values of coexistence and human fraternity in the region and the world in line with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain.
The minister emphasised the support of Bahrain for the Palestinian cause and efforts to reach a peaceful, just, and lasting solution to the issue.
Shaikh Salman emphasised the need to unify international efforts for regional stability, highlighting the crucial role of international institutions in promoting common security and supporting development and sustainability globally and in the region.
