Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary General Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi extended deepest condolences to the State of Libya over the victims of the floods which devastated the northeastern parts of the country, leaving several casualties and wreaking havoc on the infrastructure.
The GCC Chief expressed condolences to the families and relatives of the victims, wishing the injured people quick recovery.
