Riyadh: The General Directorate of Public Security announced that every recruiter who postpones reporting the departure of those they recruited as soon as the entry visa expires will be subject to paying a fine of about SAR 50,000, imprisonment for up to six months, and deportation of the employee if they were expatriates.

The general directorate called for reporting on residency, work, and border security regulation violators by calling the numbers (911) in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Region and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions.

The General Directorate of Public Security said that from May 23 until June 21, anyone holding a visit visa of any type is not permitted to enter or remain in Makkah.

A visit visa of all types and names does not entitle its holder to perform the Hajj pilgrimage, added the General Directorate of Public Security.
