Secretary-General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano and Chief scholar of the Iraqi Fiqh Council Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Hassan Al-Taha yesterday in Baghdad signed a cooperation memorandum that aims at preparing a comprehensive plan to issue Fatwa (religious ruling).
It also aims to enhance cooperation between the two sides in the field of research and studies related to the preservation, revival, realization, spread and distribution of Islamic heritage, as well as to organize periodic meetings between scholars and researchers in Islamic sciences to confront and address various issues and developments.
