Pakistan and Japan agreed to enhance bilateral relations in various fields that serve the interests of both countries.
This came during the second round of political consultations between the two countries, held in Tokyo between Asad Majeed Khan, Foreign Secretary of Pakistan and his counterpart Yoshimasa Hayashi.
Local media in Islamabad reported that the two sides reviewed various aspects of bilateral cooperation and agreed to join efforts to maintain, enhance and diversify the long-term strong relationship.
