Presidency of Religious Affairs: Survey Concludes 90% Satisfaction Rate among Pilgrims for Services Provided in Two Holy Mosques

Riyadh: The President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, stressed that the presidency, under the guidance of the wise leadership, has been keen on achieving excellence and quality in its religious services, enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals in a deeply religious environment, in accordance with governance and impact measurement, and boosting the Kingdom’s moderate religious leadership in the world.

He said: “The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has succeeded in providing the best religious services to pilgrims, enriching their religious experience, and creating a devout atmosphere for them to perform their worship with ease and comfort.”

The presidency’s survey of pilgrims’ satisfaction with religious services in the two holy mosques during Hajj found a 90% satisfaction rate. The study showed the Kingdom’s success in providing standard, governed religious services with professionalism and in
stitutional work, serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, and enhancing strengths, creativity, and outcomes. The study analysed quantitative and qualitative data to assess pilgrims’ satisfaction with the Two Holy Mosques’ services during the 1445 AH Hajj season.
