The Saudi Red Crescent Authority, headed by the President of the 46th session of the General Assembly of the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO) Dr. Jalal Al-Owaisi, concluded the session and handed over the presidency of the 47th session to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS), Ambassador Yousef Al-Khater.
Under the patronage of the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani and in the presence of the Minister of State for International Cooperation of Qatar Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater, QRCS will host the 47th Session of the General Assembly of the Arab Red Cross and Red Crescent Organization to be held on 5-6 June 2023.
