Saudi Taradhi Platform Amicably Resolves 7,700 Commercial Cases

Riyadh, The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has announced that the Taradhi conciliation platform has amicably resolved 7,700 commercial disputes by the end of 2023.

The platform implements user-friendly and efficient processes, which align with the objectives of the National Transformation Program as part of Saudi Vision 2030.

The MoJ’s Conciliation Center offers its services via the Taradhi platform, which is accessible at taradhi.moj.gov.sa. The platform serves as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism. It empowers parties to resolve their disputes in a friendly and remote setting, guided by the expertise of certified conciliators. It is also designed to bolster the investment climate within Saudi Arabia.

The platform operates under a comprehensive legal framework that ensures the validity and enforceability of the conciliation agreements. The agreements are legally binding and can be executed without the need for litigation in case of non-compliance.
