Pristina, A Saudi-Kosovar Parliamentary Friendship Committee delegation, headed by Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Bawardi, has paid an official visit to Kosovo. During their visit, they met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Kreshnik Ahmeti, as well as several officials at the ministry’s headquarters in the capital city of Pristina. The two countries discussed methods to enhance their bilateral relations, with a specific focus on strengthening parliamentary cooperation.
The delegation also met with Podujeva Mayor Shpejtim Bulliqi to discuss potential cooperation in municipal affairs. Bulliqi commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its remarkable advancements in environmental conservation.
The delegation also met with representatives of several local commercial enterprises to explore prospects of economic collaboration.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Albania and non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia, Faisal bin Gh
azi Hefzi, and several Saudi officials.
