(NASDAQ: IVVD, ADGI) between November 29, 2021 and December 14, 2021, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”) of the important April 3, 2023 lead plaintiff deadline.

SO WHAT: If you purchased Invivyd securities during the Class Period you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

WHAT TO DO NEXT: To join the Invivyd class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/submit-form/?case_id=11658 or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email pkim@rosenlegal.com or cases@rosenlegal.com for information on the class action. A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than April 3, 2023. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.

WHY ROSEN LAW: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs’ Bar. Many of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the published epitope mapping, structural studies, and sequence analyses which defendants had used to claim ADG20 was effective against Omicron were insufficient, unreliable, and inadequate to make claims of effectiveness of ADG20 against Omicron; (2) claims regarding ADG20’s efficacy against Omicron lacked a reasonable factual basis; (3) ADG20 was over 300 times less effective against the Omicron variant as compared to its effectiveness against previous variants; and (4) as a result, the Company’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. As a result of defendants’ wrongful acts and omissions, and the significant decline in the market value of Invivyd’s common stock, members of the Class have suffered significant damages.

To join the Invivyd class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/submit-form/?case_id=11658 or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email pkim@rosenlegal.com or cases@rosenlegal.com for information on the class action.

No Class Has Been Certified. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. You may select counsel of your choice. You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor’s ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.

Qatar’s Wejdan Majed al-Malki is the first Arab female to compete?in the dressage category at an international?five-star Grand Prix competition.

After having finished sixth in her maiden Commercial Bank CHI Al Shaqab Presented by Longines last year, Qatar’s dressage trailblazer Wejdan Majed al-Malki is relishing the prospect of taking part in the prestigious five-star championship again, the 10th edition of which will be begin today at the Longines Arena at Al Shaqab.

The 45-year-old created history in 2022, when she became the first Arab female rider to compete in the dressage category of the five-star Grand Prix. It was an impressive debut from Wejdan, who is now determined to push the bar higher against the best riders of the world. Wejdan will be in action on her 18-year-old purebred bay Spanish stallion Mango Jacaro with her event set to be held tomorrow and on Saturday. From dreaming of ponies as a girl, to becoming the first Qatari dressage rider in the sport’s history, Wejdan’s passion for horse was fuelled by her father, who believed in her potential from an early age.

“It is a surreal experience to be here among some of the world’s best riders. It’s been my dream to compete in such events since I was quite young,” Wejdan said yesterday, ahead of three days of the equestrian carnival.

“To take part at an international level and to be one of the first riders representing Qatar at this level is an honour and a privilege. However, it is also full of expectations and a lot of work is required, a lot of sacrifice, a lot of passion and a lot of determination are needed to be able to get here,” she added.

Wejdan is hopeful she and her veteran partner Mango Jacaro can represent Qatar at the Olympics one day. “This is our second five-star participation and hopefully we will continue to take part in this event in future. We also hope to go to the Olympics one day, inshallah, and also maybe the World Championships,” she said.

Dressage is one of the three Olympic equestrian sports, alongside eventing and showjumping. It involves demonstrating a horse’s training by performing a set of prescribed movements in front of a panel of judges.

“Dressage is not an easy sport. A lot of people may not realise this. It’s elegant but it requires patience, commitment and dedication. You do a lot of different movements, and really, dressage is the perfection of these movements to the highest level of quality that you can achieve, Inshallah,” Wejdan said.

Meanwhile, the today’s schedule at CHI Al Shaqab includes two-star and five-star showjumping events besides three-star para-dressage competition. Over 130 riders and more than 190 horses from 28 countries are competing for top honours in this year’s edition. While top riders from countries like Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands will be battling for titles, teams from Palestine and Lithuania will make their debut in the premier CHI event.

Among the elite riders to watch out for at this year’s Chi Al Shaqab, will be last year’s showjumping Grand Prix winner Marcus Ehning from Germany. The field also includes Christian Ahlmann (2021 winner), Ludger Beerbaum (winner in 2014 and 2016), and Pieter Devos (2019 winner).

The high-quality showjumping roster features four of the current top 10 riders in the FEI world rankings – Harrie Smolders (ranked 4), Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (ranked 7), Maikel van der Vleuten (ranked 8) and Kevin Staut (ranked 10).

In the Dressage events, Sweden’s Patrik Kittel returns to Doha, after winning the Freestyle competition in 2020 and finishing as runner-up last year. The Para-Dressage competition welcomes new riders, as well as previous winners including Pepo Puch (Austria), Kevin van Ham (Belgium) and four-time champion, the Netherlands’ Rixt van der Horst. Rising stars who may catch your eye include Jeanne Sadran (France) and Jack Whitaker (Britain) in the showjumping, as well as Juan Matute (Spain) and Evelyn Eger (Germany) in the Dressage events.

Inaugural I2U2 Business Forum Convened to Accelerate Joint Investment in Key Sectors

The inaugural I2U2 Business Forum began on Wednesday in Abu Dhabi, jointly organized by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.

The Forum brought together senior private and public sector representatives from India, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States (I2U2) to discuss opportunities for cooperation between the business communities of the four countries. It was the first event of this kind to take place since the official launch of the I2U2 Group during the I2U2 Leaders’ Summit in July 2022.

The I2U2 partnership, comprised of India, Israel, the UAE, and US, is a grouping focused on driving tangible economic cooperation between its members across a range of sectors, including food security, water, energy, space, transportation, health, and technology. It aims to mobilize private sector capital and expertise to, among other objectives, help modernize infrastructure, decarbonize industries, improve public heath, and promote development of green technologies.

The I2U2 Business Forum began with opening remarks by His Excellency Ahmed Al Sayegh, UAE Minister of State; Jose W. Fernandez, US Under Secretary of State; Shri Dammu Ravi, Secretary (Economic Relations) at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs; Ronen Levi, Director General at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Brett McGurk, Deputy Assistant to the US President and White House Coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa.

In their remarks, officials reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing economic cooperation under the I2U2 framework, noting the significance of direct engagement between decisionmakers from I2U2 countries and private sector stakeholders interested in forming future partnerships.

For his part, Shri Dammu Ravi, Secretary (Economic Relations) at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, reiterated India’s commitment to the I2U2 partnership and made a strong pitch for all stakeholders to work towards achieving tangible progress in all I2U2 initiatives, including setting up an I2U2 Innovation Centre in Gurugram, Haryana, India. In line with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s clarion call for LiFE-Lifestyle for Environment, he urged I2U2 partners to work towards a sustainable and environment-friendly lifestyle for all.

Ronen Levi, Director General at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, remarked: “This is an exciting moment here in Abu Dhabi, when, for the first time, the governments of all four countries and their private sectors are gathering for the I2U2 Business Forum. We are proud to introduce here today some of the very best Israeli technologies and know-how in order to integrate the private sector in projects for the benefit of the peoples of our region. We also wish to bring up new ideas for initiatives between the four countries. In this regard, Israel has submitted to the Forum a proposal for a joint space venture that was discussed here today. This Forum is evidence that the fruits of the Abraham Accords and new connections between peoples and countries sharing their capabilities and know-how can contribute to prosperity in the Middle East and beyond.”

His Excellency Ahmed Al Sayegh underscored the UAE’s high-level commitment to the I2U2 initiative and expressed that it is only the first step in a long-term partnership that will explore ways to promote investments that improve the quality, sustainability, and resilience of infrastructure, address climate change, and drive the transition to a net zero world. In this regard, His Excellency Al Sayegh underscored the importance of driving tangible progress in climate change mitigation in the run-up to the UAE’s hosting of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) in November. Through joint cooperation on fostering a just and inclusive energy transition, His Excellency noted, the UAE is determined to work with its international partners—including I2U2 countries—to curb the worsening impact of climate change while moving economic growth forward.

US Undersecretary of State Jose W. Fernandez commented: “I am very pleased to represent the United States at this inaugural I2U2 Business Forum to leverage the private sector to build on the Abraham Accords and other agreements to advance economic integration into the broader region and set a standard for working together to deliver solutions to the broader region’s most pressing challenges.”

This was followed by an official signing ceremony that welcomed the Republic of India as the latest country to join the Agriculture Innovation Mission for Climate, which was launched by the UAE and the United States at COP26 and includes Israel as a partner among 140 other governmental and non-governmental entities. Officials expressed their belief that such a move represents a stepping stone for greater cooperation in climate-change agriculture and food systems innovation.

The morning concluded with presentations on two major initiatives currently explored under I2U2, including a possible USD 2 billion investment in a project to build a series of integrated agricultural facilities across India and the potential development of a 300-megawatt wind and solar hybrid power plant in the Indian state of Gujarat.

Companies and private sector representatives then exchanged insights and discussed potential partnerships during seven parallel sessions focused on the food security, energy, water, space, transport, health, and technology fields.

The I2U2 Business Forum aims to become a regular platform for private and public entities from India, Israel, the UAE, and the US to convene and establish tangible joint business ventures in I2U2’s core economic and technological fields.
