Beirut, Three Lebanese citizens were martyred and two others were wounded late Tuesday in two Israeli enemy raids in southern Lebanon.

Earlier, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported that the two hostile Israeli raids on the town of Al-Dhahirah resulted in the martyrdom of three Lebanese citizens and the injury of two others.

On Monday, two Lebanese citizens were also martyred in an Israeli air raid on the town of Houla, south of Lebanon.

The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced that 24 people were injured in a traffic accident that occurred Wednesday morning in Giza Governorate, Egypt.

The accident occurred as a result of a collision between 12 cars, including 4 transport vehicles, on the ring road in the governorate, the Ministry said.

Ambulance provided first aid services to 11 of the injured at the scene of the accident, while 13 others were transferred to the hospital for treatment. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.

Last February, 15 people were killed and seven others were injured in a traffic accident that occurred in Alexandria Governorate, northern Egypt.

Dozens of civilians were martyred and injured at dawn Wednesday on due to the continuous Israeli bombardment of various areas across the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported that four Palestinians were martyred in the ongoing Israeli bombing of northwest of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, dozens were injured due to the occupation forces’ firing at the tents of the displaced in the Al-Mawasi area west of Rafah city.

The occupation warplanes launched an airstrike targeting land in the Al-Satar Al-Gharbi area in Khan Yunis city, and the artillery and missile shelling continues towards the homes of citizens in the town of Al-Qarara north of Khan Yunis city.

Meanwhile, one civilian was martyred and others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on a house in the Tal Al-Zaatar area in Jabalia camp north of the Gaza Strip.

The occupation artillery fired shells at the neighborhoods of Al-Zeitoun, Al-Sabra, and Tal Al-Hawa in Gaza City, coinciding with the Israeli military vehicles firing live ammu

Dozens of citizens were injured when the occupation bombed a house Al-Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, while the warplanes targeted the vicinity of the Al-Qastal Towers area, east of Deir Al-Balah city.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023 has so far claimed the lives of 40,139 Palestinians and left over 92,743 others injured, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble.

Three militants were killed and three others were injured in a security operation carried out by Pakistani army forces in Balochistan province, southwest of the country.

The forces carried out a security operation on Tuesday, based on intelligence information about the presence of militants in the Mastung district of the province, which resulted in the killing of three militants and the wounding of three others, Radio Pakistan reported, citing a statement by the Pakistani army.

The statement indicated that the three dead were involved in targeting security personnel and civilians in the area.

The security forces and army in Pakistan have been carrying out security operations in various parts of the country to pursue armed groups.

A Palestinian man was injured at dawn by shrapnel from live bullets during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of the Old City in Nablus.

The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted the Palestinian Red Crescent as saying that the 30-year-old man, was injured by shrapnel from live bullets in the hand during the occupation forces’ storming of the Old City.

Local sources told WAFA that the IOF, with military reinforcements, stormed the city from the Jabal al-Tur area, and raided several neighborhoods in the Old City, during which they fired sound bombs and tear gas, without any arrests being reported.

It is noteworthy that the Israeli occupation forces have escalated their raids and incursions into Palestinian villages and towns in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem in recent weeks, and have also increased the pace of their arrests of Palestinian activists and youth.

Russian defenses have shot down 45 Ukrainian drones that were launched over several western regions of Russia.

According to a statement from Russia’s Defense Ministry, 11 drones were shot down over Moscow Oblast last night, 23 drones were destroyed over Bryansk Oblast, 6 drones over Belgorod Oblast, 3 drones over Kaluga Oblast, and 2 drones over Kursk.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced that 4 were shot down over the surrounding Moscow region as they approached the city, adding that no damage or injuries were reported.

In a separate statement, Sobyanin mentioned that air defenses later thwarted another attack involving two drones over Podolsk, which were also heading toward Moscow.

Regional authorities in Tula Oblast also reported that two Ukrainian drones were shot down over the region during the night.

Ukraine has intensified its drone attacks on Russian territories in recent months.

Russia began a special military operation in Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022. The conflict shows no signs of ending, as Mo
scow maintains that the operation will persist until all its goals are met.

An earthquake measuring 5.5 magnitude on the Richter scale struck Jujuy Province in northwestern Argentina Wednesday.

The US Geological Survey (USGS) said in a statement that the earthquake occurred 43 km from the city of La Quiaca, and at a depth of 267.2 km.

There have been no reports of human or material losses from the earthquake so far.

On Oct. 2023, a 5.6-magnitude earthquake struck the Argentine city of Salta, without any human or material losses reported.
