WHY ROSEN LAW: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually litigate securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs’ Bar. Many of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the lawsuit, during the Class Period, defendants created the false and/or materially misleading impression that Vicor had secured a significant deal for its H100 product that, according to analysts, was Nvidia Corporation. These statements proved incorrect when first, on October 24, 2023, Vicor conspicuously failed to discuss the deal and then later, on February 22, 2024, when the Company issued a press release announcing its end of year earnings and flagged a sharp reversal in new contracts and sales. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

Palestinian Youth Succumbs to Injuries Sustained from Israeli Gunfire in West Bank

A young Palestinian civilian succumbed this morning to injuries sustained from Israeli occupation forces’ (IOF) gunfire near the Jalameh military checkpoint, north of Jenin.

Local sources reported that the IOF had targeted and shot three young Palestinian civilians who were in a vehicle near the checkpoint earlier today. The sources added that the IOF prevented ambulances from reaching the scene and detained the three individuals from the vehicle.

Later, Palestinian security sources confirmed that one of the three young men had died from the injuries that the IOF had caused, while the condition of the other two remains unclear.

The IOF has murdered at least 642 Palestinian civilians in the West Bank since the beginning of the Israeli occupation’s genocide on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, including 147 children.

UNIFIL, UNSCOL Stress Implementation of Resolution 1701 as Only Way to Move Forward

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) and the Office of the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon (UNSCOL) expressed their concern over developments across the Blue Line.

In a joint statement issued Sunday, the two entities stressed that, in light of the deeply concerning developments along the Blue Line since this morning, the UNIFIL and UNSCOL call on all parties to cease fire and refrain from further escalation.

The statement called for a cessation of hostilities and the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701 as the only way to move forward, adding, “we will continue our contacts to strongly urge everyone to de-escalate.” At least three people were murdered and two others were injured, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, as a result of the most violent Israeli raids on towns in southern Lebanon.

In 1978, the UN Security Council decided to establish the UNIFIL force to confirm Israel’s withdrawal from Lebanon, restore international peace and security, and
assist the Lebanese government in regaining its effective authority in the region. The mission was modified twice as a result of developments in 1982 and 2000.

In 2006, Security Council Resolution 1701 was issued, and according to it, other tasks were added to UNIFIL’s mandate, including monitoring the cessation of hostilities, and accompanying and supporting the Lebanese Armed Forces during their deployment throughout southern Lebanon -including along the Blue Line- while Israel withdraws its armed forces from Lebanon.
