Arab League Assistant Secretary General for International Political Affairs Dr. Khaled Mohammed Manzalawi met here today with Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League Ambassador El Houcine Ould Deh. The two officials discussed Arab cooperation with other nations and international bodies, and stressed the need to govern effectively, to maximize benefits for Arab interests.
