Arar Airport Receives Level 2 Customer Experience Accreditation from ACI

Arar Airport has been awarded Level 2 Customer Experience Accreditation by the Airports Council International (ACI) in recognition of its efforts to enhance the efficiency of services provided to passengers and improve the overall passenger experience through outstanding strategies and experiences. To obtain the certification, focus was placed on several key areas, including customer journey mapping, change management, service excellence strategies, and designing an integrated experience to improve touchpoints and provide a seamless experience for passengers.
