Doha: The Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs released the first book of the series "In a Clear Arabic Language", focused on cultural re-building and reviving the basis of Arab identity. The release highlights the work of the first intellectual symposium of the series, held in November 2025 at Imam Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab Mosque, with the participation of an elite group of academics and researchers. According to Qatar News Agency, Director of the Department of Research and Islamic Studies at the Ministry, Sheikh Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Ghanim Al-Thani, stated that the symposium is an annual event aimed at serving the Arabic language, acknowledging its value, and highlighting its key role in shaping Islamic identity. He added that the Arabic language represents a legacy of a nation, the face of its identity, and a cultural embodiment. For his part, the Assistant Director of the Department, Mishari Ali Al Namlan, said that a nation's connection to its language is what distinguishes it. Th e Arabic language holds an underrated power in uniting people and building bridges of civilizational communication. This release is an outcome of efforts initiated by the Department of Research and Islamic Studies, such as holding symposiums and lectures, that focus on uplifting Arab and Islamic culture, as well as strengthening intellectual dialogue.
