Bandar Abbas: The death toll from the massive explosion at Rajaee Port in Bandar Abbas, Iran’s largest commercial port, has risen to 46, with more than 1,000 injured.
According to Qatar News Agency, the director general of the Crisis Management Department in Hormozgan Province, Mehrdad Hassanzadeh, stated on Monday that the death toll has increased to 46. Additionally, over 1,000 individuals have sustained injuries, with 138 still hospitalized.
The explosion occurred last Saturday in Hormozgan Province, located in southern Iran. The cause of the explosion is still unknown, and investigations are ongoing to uncover the circumstances surrounding the incident.
