The search and rescue teams of the Border Guards in the Yanbu sector of the Madinah region have rescued a Bangladeshi resident whose boat had broken down at sea, and provided him with assistance. The General Directorate of Border Guards urges compliance with maritime safety guidelines, monitoring weather conditions, exercising caution during bad weather, ensuring the seaworthiness of a vessel before sailing, and calling 911 in the Makkah and Eastern regions, and 994 in the rest of the Kingdom in case of emergency.
