Brent Crude Oil Prices Exceed $101 Amid Supply Concerns

Doha:Oil prices climbed on Wednesday as Brent crude surpassed $101 a barrel due to concerns about possible supply disruptions from an impending storm near US oil-producing areas, despite increased crude supplies from the Middle East.

According to Qatar News Agency, Brent crude futures increased by 93 cents, or 0.92%, reaching $101.51 a barrel. Similarly, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude saw a rise of 82 cents, or 0.92%, bringing it to $90.25 a barrel.
