The occupation assassinates the mayor of Al-Maghazi in the central Gaza Strip


Gaza – Together – The Israeli occupation army assassinated the mayor of Al-Maghazi, Hatem Saleh Al-Ghamri, along with a group of civilian citizens, by bombing the building of the Joint Services Council of the municipalities of the Central Governorate directly and without prior warning.

The government media office considered this massacre a war crime in violation of international laws that grant immunity and protection to civilian figures, and considered this crime a new episode of the occupation’s crimes against our Palestinian people, which affected all sectors in a deliberate and pre-planned manner.

The government media mourned the martyr Al-Ghamri, who is considered a service official who preferred to carry out his national duty and provide service from the first moment and without interruption to the people of Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the Central Governorate throughout the days of the genocide war. He was loyal and dedicated to his work and the service of his people and his country, as this crime come
s after a previous assassination crime that he carried out. The occupation army of the mayor of Al-Zahraa, Mr. Marwan Hamad, without any reason, as they were loyal examples of diligent and continuous service work.

He added: “This cowardly assassination falls within the framework of the genocidal war committed by the “Israeli” occupation against civilians in the Gaza Strip, and indicates the state of helplessness and confusion experienced by the occupation leaders, especially in targeting civilians in a focused and intentional manner, as the occupation aims behind it to ‘Creating a state of chaos and chaos, multiplying the humanitarian crisis, and obstructing the provision of municipal services to citizens.’

He condemned in the strongest terms the Israeli occupation army’s perpetration of the crime of assassinating the mayor of Al-Maghazi, calling on all municipalities in all countries of the world to condemn this heinous crime, which indicates the level of crime to which this occupation has reached.

KSrelief Distributes Over 800 Food Baskets in Yemen


Al-Dhale, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) yesterday distributed 808 food baskets to the neediest families in Al-Dhale governorate, benefitting 5,656 individuals as part of the food aid project implemented in Yemen.

The assistance comes as part of the humanitarian and relief efforts carried out by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to stand by the Yemeni people and alleviate their suffering amid the humanitarian crisis.

Dubai Police Commander-in-Chief receives Consul General of Bahrain in Dubai


Manama, Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, received Ambassador Saud Ali Al Nusuf, the outgoing Consul General of Bahrain in Dubai.

Major General Expert Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, Major General Ahmed Mohammed Rafie, Assistant Commander-in-chief for Administration Affairs, and Major General Abdullah Ali Al Ghaiti, Assistant Commander-in-chief for Operations, were present.

Al Marri congratulated the outgoing Consul General on obtaining the royal trust from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in appointing him as the Ambassador of Bahrain to Korea. He wished him success in his duties.

He awarded the Ambassador with the Happiness Medal for Outstanding Security Efforts, in recognition and honour of his diplomatic efforts.

153 martyrs within 24 hours…the toll of the aggression rises to 33,360


Gaza Together – The Ministry of Health said in a statement that “the toll of the Israeli aggression rose to 33,360 martyrs and 75,993 injured.”

The Ministry explained that 153 martyrs and 60 injured arrived during the last 24 hours in hospitals that are still working.

The statement indicated that “a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.”

Islamic Affairs Ministry Says over 50 Million People inside Kingdom and abroad Benefited from its Programs in Ramadan


Riyadh: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance has announced the success of its works, programs, and dawah activities during the holy month of Ramadan, 1445 Hijri, benefiting 53,201,751 people inside and outside the Kingdom.

The ministry noted that it implemented the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program to provide iftar meals in 60 countries, benefiting 1,500,000 individuals. It also implemented the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Gift Program to distribute dates in 93 countries, benefiting 2,000,000 individuals through the distribution of 500 tons of dates. Additionally, the ministry held the Imam Program abroad with the participation of 192 imams to lead Taraweeh and Qiyam prayers in 44 countries, benefiting nearly 1,750,000 worshippers. These programs are provided by the ministry during Ramadan each year, in response to requests from sheikhs and Islamic centers and associations in various countries.

The ministry prepared some 85,000 mosques and prayer halls in various regions of the
Kingdom to receive worshippers and those observing etikaf. Also, the ministry issued 6,777 permits, upon requests from some mosque staff and dawah and guidance associations, to hold iftar banquets for fasting people, benefiting 5,769,017 individuals.

Furthermore, the ministry awarded contracts for several projects for the maintenance, cleanliness, and operation of 1,993 mosques and prayer halls in several regions of the Kingdom, with a total value of SAR149,506,147.68.

In the Umrah program, the General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj and Umrah Affairs in Makkah provided 1,482,718 services to Umrah performers during Ramadan, benefiting 7,705,707 people. During Ramadan, the ministry displayed more than 40 million guidance messages for Umrah performers through electronic monitors in various areas, benefiting nearly 4,000,000 people.

GACA Authorizes Mauritania Airlines to Operate Regular Flights Between Nouakchott and Madinah


Riyadh: Saudi Arabia General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), represented by the Air Transport and International Cooperation Sector has announced the authorization to operate Mauritania Airlines with regular flights between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Mauritania. The flights will be operated between Madinah and Nouakchott with two weekly flights, starting from April 21, 2024.

This step is part of GACA’s ongoing efforts to enhance air connectivity and broaden the Kingdom’s air transport network, in line with the objectives of its Vision 2030.
