Doha: Weather, inshore, until 6:00 pm on Saturday will be misty to foggy at places at first, and relatively hot daytime, mild by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected poor horizontal visibility at many places at first.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions will also start misty to foggy at some places with some clouds initially, eventually becoming fine. The report highlights the risk of poor visibility at some northeastern areas at first.
Wind patterns inshore are expected to be variable at first, shifting to northwesterly-northeasterly at speeds between 3 to 13 knots. Offshore, the wind is anticipated to be variable, mainly northwesterly, with speeds ranging from 3 to 12 knots.
The sea state inshore is predicted to be between 1 to 2 feet, while offshore conditions are expected to range from 1 to 3 feet. Visibility inshore is expected to be between 4 to 9/2 kilometers or less at certain places initially, while offshore visibility will be between 5 to 10/01 kilometers or less at some places at first.
