Doha: Weather inshore tonight until 6:00 am on Thursday will be hazy and some clouds at places at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will see hazy conditions with some clouds at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea at evening.
According to Qatar News Agency, winds inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot gusting to 25 knot at places at times. Offshore, the wind will be northwesterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot, gusting to 24 knot at the north in the evening.
The sea state inshore is expected to be between 1 to 3 feet, while offshore conditions will range from 2 to 4 feet, surging to 7 feet in the evening. Visibility inshore and offshore will range between 04 to 09 kilometers, posing challenges for maritime activities.
The Department of Meteorology has advised caution due to the expected strong winds and high sea conditions, urging people to stay updated with the latest weather reports for safe planning.
