According to Qatar News Agency, a statement from the Egyptian presidency indicated that both leaders have agreed to enhance political coordination mechanisms at all levels in the forthcoming period. Egyptian President El-Sisi emphasized that the Palestinian cause remains the central issue in the region and highlighted Egypt's continued efforts to support the Palestinian people and work towards a fair and comprehensive settlement based on international legitimacy resolutions.

Palestinian President Abbas informed his Egyptian counterpart about the latest updates concerning the Palestinian cause, focusing on the difficult situation in the West Bank due to Israeli occupation policies.
