Doha:European stock indices opened higher on Tuesday as markets continued to face pressures from rising oil prices and interest rates.
According to Qatar News Agency, France's CAC 40 index on the Paris Stock Exchange increased by 0.20%, and Germany's DAX index on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange went up by 0.10%.
In London, the UK's FTSE 100 index saw a rise of 0.18%. Meanwhile, Italy's MIB index on the Milan Stock Exchange climbed by 0.64%.
