Doha:European stocks closed mixed on Monday with varied performances across major indices.
According to Qatar News Agency, France's CAC 40 index in Paris fell by 0.80 percent, whereas Britain's FTSE 100 in London saw a gain of 0.34 percent.
Germany's DAX index in Frankfurt experienced a modest rise of 0.09 percent. Meanwhile, Italy's FTSE MIB in Milan increased by 0.66 percent, and Madrid's benchmark index advanced 1.12 percent.
