Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 am on Friday will be fine, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be fine weather as well, though there is a warning of strong wind and high sea.
According to Qatar News Agency, winds inshore will be primarily northwesterly to northeasterly, ranging from 5 to 15 knots and gusting up to 18 knots in certain areas initially. Offshore winds will be northwesterly, ranging from 7 to 17 knots, with gusts reaching up to 24 knots.
The sea state inshore will vary from 1 to 3 feet, rising to 5 feet, while offshore conditions will range from 2 to 4 feet, rising to 8 feet. Visibility both inshore and offshore is expected to be between 5 to 9 kilometers.
