Jerusalem - Ma'an - A general strike has spread throughout the city of Jerusalem, in condemnation and mourning for the assassination of the head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, and one of his security team members in Tehran. Shops and institutions closed their doors, and the streets were empty. The occupation forces spread out in the streets of Jerusalem, and were stationed at its gates, especially the Damascus Gate - the main gate entering the Old City market - and deliberately arrested and tortured young men.
