Doha: The price of gold in the Qatari market rose by 2.15 percent during the current week, reaching USD 3,346.20000 per ounce, according to data issued by Qatar National Bank (QNB).
According to Qatar News Agency, the data showed that the price of gold rose from USD 3,275.49830 per ounce recorded last Sunday. It also indicated that other precious metals recorded weekly changes, with silver rising by 1.05 percent, to USD 36.41000 per ounce, up from USD 36.03000 recorded early in the week, while platinum increased by 4.56 percent, reaching USD 1,407.27590 per ounce, compared to the USD 1,345.82280 recorded earlier this week.
